I am not sure what you mean by "bad wind". Do you mean it is hard to breath deeply? But if you have sore breasts and pains in the pelvis, it could be a couple of things. A possible tubular pregnancy, possible pelvic disease, among other things. In any case, you need to see your doctor. If you do not have a family doctor, you could either go to the women's clinic, or else if the pain gets too bad or worsens, you need to go to emergency. And of course it could be premenstral symptoms if it is near the time of your period, but do not wait too long, better safe than sorry.

u may be pregnant....go get a test just to make sure u r not!!!!!! get a test and see. did u have sex lately??? then if not go to the gyno right away!!
