The Blue Lagoon starring Christopher Atkins as Richard and Brooke Shields as Emmeline was the first one. They have a baby and at the end of the movie they are floating on a boat in the ocean.
There was a sequel called Return to the Blue Lagoon, but she was only supposed to be pregnant and didn't have the baby before the end of the movie.
