does Nokia 7370 work in india with indian sim card?

I am going to buy Nokia 7370 (golden color) in USA. I am not sure that it will work in india with BSNL or Airtel Sim card. Is there anybody who bought it from USA & have used it in india? Or if you know someone who have it please ask him and reply..
