I think it was Greece beating USA because USA is one of the best basketball teams.

No doubt about it! USA losing to Greece is a much bigger upset than a friendly match, any friendly match.
USA with all the money, all those NBA stars, could not beat a team like Greece? That's a shame!
And let's not forget also that Argentina also beat them with all their stars... that's a shame too!
Mexico is a much better team than USA and just because we were beaten in friendly match doesn't prove anything. We'll see if USA are really better when they play the Copa America this summer on Venezuela. They will have to face Argentina, Paraguay, and Colombia. Then we will see wath they're really made of.
We on the other hand, are going aganist Brazil, Ecuador, and Chile, and by the way, this group is called the group of death. Mexico or USA, we'll see then which team is better.
And let's not forget that the USA didn't even advanced to the second round on the world cup just months ago..... with all their stars!
Bottom line, the biggest upset is Greece beating the USA in Basketball. There you have it.

Greece beating the USA in Basketball was a bigger upset. Mexico has not defeated the U.S in the U.S for years now. In fact in this game, funny enough, Mexico was the one looking for the upset so the bigger upset was definitely the big one.

Greece beating USA of course! Its humiliating because USA has the best League in the World and they can't win the Basketball world Tournament or World Cup how ever you wish to call it.

greece beating the u.s. in basketball is a bigger upset, maybe if you said the us beat germany at the 2002 wc would have been a better comparison, but of course they lost just like the basketball team!

although the US victory over Mexico in soccer was big...theres no doubt about it that Greece's victory in basketball is much greater...everyone always aims to take out the US in basketball...pretty much the inventors of the game...with so many athletes, the presence of the Kobes and the gilberts and such arent needed...

The US game wasn't an upset, it was expected we are 8 wins and 3 loses against mexico since 2000, the upset would of been if Mexico won. Get your facts straight. LOL how embarrassing for Mexico
