Most of the time if I try to figure out when something happened, I think of what school year I was in.

Or, if I'm trying to track something through my life, I start with kindergarten, then go to grade 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, etc.

Et vous?

Funny answer about cars. I guess that could work, especially if you frequently got new ones.

Aunt Susan, How do you even know that you're older than me?

Well, Im sure you're not Bush's daughter....but here goes anyway:

I suppose if you're in the popular crowd you might relate to your school years, but I dont know why you would if school was something you'd rather forget. Everybody knows the attractive and popular spend oodles of time tormenting the unattractive and gawkish.

Not to mention that once you get older there are more significant life events that you'll probably prefer relating to rather than the first dozen years you were forced to attend the poorly run institution we call the "American Education System".

When one thinks of the years past in school it is very difficult to apply those memories to what is actual in today's society. Most of what we learned is not applicable today. Because you are still young you may not be able to view life's vast changes, and are still able to keep your ducks in a row. As you age, these vast changes will be difficult to recall. Good luck in your reverie.

My school years shaped me into what I am. I endured so much emotional, psychological, and verbal abuse during that time. It still effects me.
