I am engaged and I think yahoo answers would be a terrible place to meet new friends and dates. I met my fiance on Yahoo Personals. It was really worth the 14 bucks every couple months or whatever it costs. I met him there, as well as a lot of great guy friends. I never thought I would do something like that, but am soooo glad that I did.

No. That's more a Yahoo! personals kind of thing. This is just for asking and answering questions. In fact if you try to get too personal then Yahoo will remove your questions or answers sometimes. (They're very strict)

Yahoo answers is a light look on life with other peoples opinions thrown in, its helped me make hard decisions, i've laughed at sillyness and yawned at peoples half hearted attempts to chat people up on here....

no, this isn't a dating service. why not put your picture on uglypeople.com. if your ugly someone is bound to start a conversation with you; as they are all the same on that site. if your not so ugly someone is bound to realise "hey he's not so ugly" and they will strike a convo.
