anybody got any pics, im wondering how it looks

I suppose it can be, but I don't think anybody would actually do it.
Why?
Well, first of all, if you want to cut a diamond in a perfect sphere, a lot of carats have to come off = it's worth a lot less. Remember that the sphere is the most compact form in the universe and that diamond cuts are calculated to have a minimal loss of weight.

Secondly: it wouldn't be beautiful. A diamond gets it's beauty by the way it reflects light. Facets are necessary for lightreflection and spheres don't have any.
