has the earth ever received a transmission from another civilization in this universe?

There was the big "WOW" spike discovered by the folks at S.E.T.I. years ago, but that transmission never returned again so that it could be determined if it was indeed from an outside intelligent source. There have been none besides that one however.

Celestial bodies in the Universe all radiate radiation signals.So signals we are receiving are not intelligent signals of any communicative language whatsoever.
The word civilization only applies to humans on this planet . And its still on going on earth.
The only life besides humans, and other biological life on earth ,are Angels roaming the Heavens and the Universe. Since they exist in a different form of life than Humans and have different intelligence .They would be able to communicate with out radio transmission which is too slow anyhow.

There have been many transmissions which have been recieved, created from radiation belts across the universe.
But no, no one is yet to recieve a transmission from another civilization.

The earth may have but our telescopes have never received any signals that have been confirmed. Wow!
