Call your mom NOW!
Get her premission to take a pain reliever. However, for the future, avoid the junk food. Eat more fruit and veggies. It will really help. Also try heat. If you have a heating pad, use it on your belly or back. If not, try using a really hot towel (wrap it in plastic). Drink something warm, and wear socks. (the socks kept me from being cold; the cold traveled and caused greater pain for me) If you take a pain reliever, you will need to eat something first (crackers, bannana, plain rice) something bland.
Hope this helps.

Hi,
I have the greatest sympathy for you; that actually happens to me too every month! (Well, every girl will go through that stage, but the levels of cramps and such vary.) In fact, my cramps are so bad that I can barely move for the whole day! I know how it feels, I really do, and I feel much better knowing that someone is going through the same things as me. However, that's not the point. Here are some tips to soothe those cramps:
- take a warm bath (and have fun with those soap bubbles! :D )
- cut down on the sweets
- lay down on a cool bed and just relax!
- do something to take your mind off the pain, such as to call up a friend and chat
You can't stop these things from coming, 'cause that's what happens when you get your period...but you can certainly help it. If your cramps hurt waaaaaayyyyy too much, talk to someone in your family about this- you may have to schedule an appointment with a doctor. Anyways, hang on in there!

Use a warm compress like a heating pad or hot towels form the dryer. Take some aleive or menstral medication if you can. Maybe a warm bath could help as well. Oh yeah, you may be dehydrated too so drink plenty of water.

Ok sweetie, heres what you do. Go get a small towel and soak it in hot water for a while, and then lay down and place the towel where you feel your cramps. Heat always helps, its probably best to keep re-soaking the towel making sure it stays hot. (dont burn yourself, you dont need it THAT hot) you will be ok if you do this until your mom gets home from work...then she will know what to do.

well im 13, and i have been having my period for 2 years know, and i know what you mean. i always have the worst worst cramps. so when i went to my doctor about it, she told me to take midol, or motrin IB. it works for me.
also another tip is fill and empty water bottel with hot water, then
put it ontop or where you are having the worst cramp and lay flat on your back. and it wont hurt as much. i know how you feel (like dying but thats life)
also when you have it try not to think about it. think about a quite relazing place.

That means you are not healthy. You need to eat a nourishing diet and avoid junk food. Periods never hurt unless you are unhealthy and it hurts for a lot of people because a lot of people are not healthy.
