I have sometimes envisioned myself as a 'client'. If *I* were the client, what would I do to make sure my client is healthy and happy?
In my family, I include myself in the list of people to be loved and cared for.

I'm too busy taking care of others, I don't take that good care of myself...but I'm going along okay!!!
