what is the scariest game you have ever played?

Silent Hill 2. Played it alone... in the dark... with surround sound. It scared me so much i turned it off took the disk out and never played it again.

Raton and El Punte. We played these game when I was a kid ( back in the late 50s & 60s) Raton (spanish for mouse) was played by standing near a passing train. We would unbutton our shirts and see who's shirt would lap the hardest as we would set closer to the passing train. El Punte (spanish for "The Bridge") was played by standing on a railroad bridge and then jumping off before the train hit you. It has to be a high bridge to make it daring. Or where you talking about some video game that is scary. Most modern kids are wennies that proclaim to have "Skills" when all they do is play football on the screen, go around shotting it up, ON THE SCREEN.

Silent Hill is the only game I have played that made the hairs on the back of my neck stand up all the time I was playing.

Resident Evil 4. I was round a friends house and he was playing it. When he got killed by a bug-headed creature. Scared the s**t out of me! Couldnt sleep that night.

I think it is doom3. Because i always feel like my heart will explode while playing it. You never know when a monster comes out and jumps on you. And you'll never know when the bridge you walk on, will collapse. But it was fun also feeling heart beats ... :)

silent hill as the music gives me creeps and the scene is always in dark places so anything could jump out at you, you have to be in the game to win it that what i always think

i dont think it is the scariest but i do think it is one of the coolest.
i still love the original nitendo and those mario games, he'll never die, but i think one of the coolest is resident evil.
