Is it possible for me to move money around USA banks while I live outside the country. To live off them.

i dont see why not, just have the interest sent to an account that you can use with say a check card....but a cd at best pays 5-6 percent, you would have to put in huge sums of money to live off of that

You can buy the CD's and get the interest income, but you wont be able to live off of it as it would not produce substantial funds. You will still have to work at something.
