Would you hang out with a ex who you still check his email/voicemail just to see what he is up to and tryed to break up him and his girlfriend by sending emails from her email to his pretending she was cheating? They didn't break up because of me. He said it was because of her mom. He doesn't know i did this though

Sure, why not? I mean, it seems like you went through all of that trouble just to be with him. So hang out with the guy. Maybe he'll want you back.

Sorry, but I can't tell if you are the "he" or the "she" in this scenario. Regardless, this couple sounds like they have major trust issues. I suggest they part ways and start anew, learning from their past mistakes.
