The homeless woman may consider the car her home and place of safety. It may be her sole possession. Everyone needs some kind of ownership. If you can help her, do. Let her know where she can get a free, hot meal. As I can, I buy a particular homeless man a dinner from time to time. This person and others like him/her will be cared for if we all do just a little or what we can.

Yes, a homeless woman may live in a homeless car. Why? All sorts of reasons. But it seems to me like I can assume she might need help - and it might be hard to give it! Ask maybe?

She is the two mentally unwell ; a miser , and does not want to spend money for a living - or she is an addict who can no longer pull herself out of it ...or she is down on her success and has given up .
