actually she was perfectly fine when she shaved her head. They drug tested her and everything and her results were perfect. She told the paparazzi that she wanted to 'start over with a new beginning'. "I wanted to turn over a new leaf", Britney says.

250 million dollars will make you do strange things. Fame will do that too. Who says shes gonna keep it this way? It was for a tattoo. True it wont be seen but it must have some symbolic reason to it.
