you are by far not ugly just expirement with different looks play up those beautiful eyes little liner mascara and a nude gloss little blush and bronzer just play with it and see what happens

She's cute, not ugly. Looks kinda young though. If more than 12 do away with the pony tails on each side to look more her age and maybe a LITTLE make-up.

For one, shes not ugly. But, to make her look even more gorgeous, try having a haircut to frame her face, i think bangs would suit her face shape, and lose the earrings. Add mascara to brighten the eyes, and she'll be on the way to looking really nice :) xxxx

Well I wouldn't say she's ugly but a better/more sophisticated hairstyle would help so lose the pigtails and also smile, don't be ashamed to smile w/ your teeth people can look so much cuter actually smiling.

SHE IS BEAUTIFUL!!! She also looks very young. if she would like to "enhance" her natural beauty, a dark black or brown eyeliner would do fine, and a Black Mascara (not too much), she could also wear chapstick or lipgloss (just for kicks) but she really truly is very pretty.

Awwww! your adorable! sooo cute! (no homo) but you can do wioth some mascaram eyeliner, and nude colored lipgloss. Your not ugly tho, so you can kinda play it off lol.
