Assuming this is a fairly newly set up tank, the cloudiness is normal and will go away completely by it's self within a week or so. If it's an older tank and the cloudiness is green, then you will need to do very frequent and generous water changes to clear it up.

This is the best solution i can give you. If you have got fish in your tank, you need to get some strong polythene bags and three part fill them with the same tank water. Remove the fish with a soft net and put them in the bags. Blow some air into the bags then bind up the top with rubber bands. Put the bags with the fish in somewhere safe. Change three parts of the tank water and top up with fresh tap water. Switch off the cable tidy and clean out filter box and put fresh wool in. Switch on the cable tidy and get the aerater going. Hang the fish bags in the tank for about ten minutes then gently tip the fish in. You should have a clean fish tank and healthy fish.

Have a filter pump running. Every week for the first 6 week, take 25% of the water out. Use a syphon to get the fish poo out of the gravel, your pet shop will point out which one it is. Rinse the filter in the old water, NOT tap water. Tip the water out. Buy a bottle of solution from the pet shop that you add to the water because you're putting tap water in, then add the tap water.
As the weeks go by, you can let it go for 2 to 3 weeks, but keep doing the above.
Fish tanks work on a bacteria to keep the tank clean. It lives in the filter and water. Tap water will kill it and the solution from the pet shop is replacement bacteria. That's why you shouldn't wash the filter in tap water.
I use to add the solution to the tap water before putting it in. My mate said put in in the filter. Either way works. Good luck.

cloudy water in your fish tank is normal, when you start an aquarium your water goes through a cycle. There's no way around it. You can purchase some stuff from your local pet store to try to clear it. but it's completely normal to have it cloudy. It can take anywhere from 4 weeks to a couple of months for your water to clear up as it goes through its cycle.

If you are feeding the fish twice a day or more every day try feeding them twice a day every other day. If this tank is new the cloudiness is completely normal. To make the 'clouds' go away faster don't feed the fish as much

hope i helped!!!!!

I had the same problem with mine you need to get read of that right away it can kill them. Try changing the water in the tank put clean water in it. Or you can try a better filtter system if that does not work they sell drops at the pet store. And oh my god just saw one comment on here dont ever ever ever use Bleach, soap or anything like that on your tank big big mistake it will kill them.

Try putting a filter in the tank. It also helps a lot if you bubble air through the tank.

My aquarium did that, I think you should try changing about half of the water in your aquarium. That really helped mine. You could also add a little water cleanser.
