I just bought black footless tights from Express to wear under a dress i bought, but I'm stumped about what else to wear them with.

wear a dress with a belt, to modernise the look, and accessorize with jewellry to glitz it up, eg long necklaces, bold earrings. wear flat shoes for a casual look, or if your going out wear heels. Your gonna look fabulous! xxx

mini skirts and a shirt. or a long shirt. or under regular shorts. you can wear them with a lot of things. dont think just with dresses

get some ballet flats 9any color would work woth black), any cute little skirts, and like a longer blouse
or just maybe some ballet flats and a longer t-shirt would look cute if u were just hanging out

if it is like leggings then if i were u i would wear them as if they were leggings i would wear skirts and long shirts hope it helps
