why is everyone against?

muslims,I have young nieces and a nephew who are muslim,and I know some muslim people,who are very nice,isnt it time we dropped all the racism.

sorry meant to say all the racism comments should be dropped.

Yes, we need to stop making comments about Muslims that will never kill other people. There is a small amount of people who call themselves Muslims that do this. However, they are not real Muslims because Allah forbids this behavior. Muslims are not allowed to kill other people or commit suicide. Allah bless you.

Just human nature unfortunately. Beacuse of what you see and hear in the media, and who has carried out these acts of terrorism, what would you do if you were sat on a crowded bus and a muslim looking guy is sat there with a ruc-sac? What would go through your mind.

Because we're all different you might think

1) He's having a jolly day out.

2) Looks dodgy. Could it be a bomb. Hmmmm

3) Oh my God! Terrorist. I gotta get off the bus.

Everyone will choose 1, 2 or 3 based on their level of knowedge and/or experience. There's no wrong answer because we are human. People should stop trying others not to be human. It's not racism. Racism is where you feel superior to another race. I don't feel superior over anyone at all. I would say I'm a 2 to 2 1/2. I wouldn't like what I saw, keep it to myself, but might get off at the next stop.

Since 9-11 and the supposed "war against terror" people are going to have a hard time accepting Muslims. The media, the government, and President Bush sure as hell arent helping. Many Americans are just ignorant and can't make opinions on their own. I have muslims in my family and they are just like anyone else

do you not realise, that untill the terrorism and preaching hate stops, no one is ever gonna trust muslims, they are regrettably all tarred with the same brush, and the resposibility lies with the so called, self elected, "community leaders" to wash out the cancer among them. but then the reason real problem stares you in the face. it is the "self elected" bit, these people are unable to live in a democracy. therefor the "racism" as you call it will never stop untill the end of time

The same reason why many people over there are against people over here. Its called ignorance and believeing too much in the media. People dont take the time to get to know one another, they just believe all the BS that is said on the media and assume that they are all like that. they dont know how to think outside the box. I have two friends who are muslim from pakistan who are awesome people. It is also out of fear. The media puts all this crap in our faces and their faces and it puts fear. Because of the stigma attached to them and 9/11. People think it's okay to generalize an entire group of people based on one terrorist attack, when the real terrorists come in all colors.
