21/6 is the maximum

Just looking at the set the minimum is the smallest number which is -7 and the max is the largest number which is 3. Unless the last number is (21/6) or 3 and 1/2. Then it is the largest.

Numer line with 0. 0 then lef negative values,0 to right positive values. the frction you do not understand change them to values you undertand for instnace 11/7=1+4/11so put it in the number line.

The minimum value is -7 because it is the most negative.
The maximum value is is 21/6 (3.5) because it is the most positive.

Its very simple to figure this out.
Which number in the series is the smallest (most below zero).
And which number in the series is the largest (most above zero).
When dealing with fractions, calculate the whole number and fraction left over for each value, and you can see which one is larger.
