I try my best not to assume anything because I can't stand it when people do that to me, but it's human nature...I suppose that one of the things I tend to assume often is that people are criticizing me in a negative way, even though I know full well that they're not.

Nope it's too hard to assume anything in life; I would rather just know the truth about certain things to keep me from assuming.

One of my biggest faults and greatest attributes, depending on whom you are talking to, is that I do not assume, read between the lines, or second guess. Tell me what it is you want to say without fanfare and dramatics, plain and simple, and if I don't understand your question I will tell you that.
Of course here, part of the fun is the mind and word games I get to play.

Yes, we dont know it all. I think we assume just to have a safe guard and feel at ease until the final result speak for itself.
