I need help figuring out the title of a book.The book is about a girl named Holly in foster care and runs away

remember i need the title. the front cover has a picture of a girl's flip flops and legs in black and white. please if you have any ideas as to what its called help me. i remember also in the first few chapters she is talking about moving into a new foster home witha girl who likes to paint. also holly likes to do things related to art.
