In the UK it may be free under the NHS, if there is a clinical need - if, for example, the size of the breasts is causing poor posture/strain on the back.

I had mine done on the nhs, i was 9 stone and had 34 hh size boobs, i was having back pain, and all sorts, if you have any medical issues with your breasts go and see if the doctor can help you out, you never know they might surprise you , i am really glad i had mine done....very painfull when you have the drains took out tho...so be warned lol.....

Be careful, i have seen the programme where this type of surgery goes wrong. Women left with no breasts at all.They are life is completely ruined. Choose a good doctor.

About $5,000. Sometimes insurance will cover it or at least part of it.
My sister had it done and insurance paid for all but $200.00 of it.
