Carefully remove all the debris,I use a vacuum cleaner.Then buy a set of easy outs from you local motor factors.Tap it into the remains of the glow plug and ease it out.hope this helps,

if the heater plug sheared off it wont come out with a carbon ezey out it'll just shear off in there and it'll cost £80 to spark erode out and you'll still have to remove heater plug. remove the head and have it removed by a reputable engine reconditioner thread recovery may be necessary. heater plugs need graphite grease on threads to prevent them sizing also have engine hot prior to removal
