Handmade decorations can be beautiful when you put a little time into them. Google Images has this kind of thing. Go to www.google.com and click on the word "Images." If it's not visible, click on the word "more" and it'll show up. Click on Images and then type "shamrock printable" into the search box that comes up. See what you get and refine your search accordingly.

Does it have to be boston, There's a decent place at the RT9, RT20, 495 , mass pike intersection, A decent days in over on RT1 in saugus, Even patriots place has areas they could meet in. Southey has a few places that can give a water front view. There is a D'Angelo at the corner of boylston and brookline walking distance from fenway, it has a good place to sit, eat, view, and the room for paperwork and stuff. If it's outside, the hat shell of off Storrow Drive is decent. Or even the mall accross the river off of memorial drive.

If your boss will let you go to a party store they have plenty of things to decorate with. Personally, if I were staying at a hotel with print out decorations I would think they were cheap.

I have to agree with Jenn, homemade has it's place,but not in an hotel.As she suggested, Party City has some great things. You should also look at http://www.orientialtrading.com and http://www.shindigz.com and http://www.mninternational.com
