The plastic lens fell out of my spectacles.. I used super glue.?

Some got on the lens. I can't use acetone as it melts plastic. It has set like concrete.

You should see your optician. Perhaps they could polish the surface to remove the superglue. You could try it yourself using toothpaste and a soft cloth, but I won't guarantee the results. Next time don't use superglue.
