Thinking I had a double folder (back up) I put a folder with all of my research in the recyling bin. when I clicked on the original and realized it was empty, I stopped the recyling bin from completely empting. How can I bring back what was thrown out?
Help! I'm desperate!

I think he means that he started to empty the recycle bin with his files in it. Restore what is still there, then you may want to search the web for a Deleted Files Restorer, and hope that you can find one good enough to recover your files. Sorry for the loss, and good luck!

Try PC Inspector File Recovery from the below link. Some people have good results.

Click on the recycle bin and go restore items it is easy so dont worry you will get your stuff back!
