I dont know if its some secret I was never told, I have push up bras, but It doesnt make then look like that... I know you know what I mean... like cleavage.... Sure... & I wanna know how to get that. Any help?

here's a tip do u know those padded things in bathing suit they put that in there shirt or they get some tissue and put it in there shirts really good

Padded push up bra's water bra's and they also have those little insert things you can put in and stuff and also were a low cut shirt that is tight and trust me you will be able to see cleavage but keep in mind you gotta have a little something to work with or else you wont have good results lol.

If you have a 38C you should probably be able to get cleavage with a push-up. Probably your push-up just isn't the right kind... they aren't all shaped the same. You'll want one where the cups don't protrude as much, so they press your breasts closer to your body and make them rounder and therefore have more cleavage. I find LaSenza is good for bras like that (do you have that store in the US?). Especially their front-clasp ones.

Models use what is called chicken cutlets. These are silcone inserts to enhance the bustline.
