blue 450–495 nm
green 495–570 nm
yellow 570–590 nm
orange 590–620 nm
red 620–750 nm

infra red one end of the spectrum is visible about 700 nano metres +/- thats all i can remember, then it goes red orange yellow green blue indigo violet, ultra violet, hope this helps sorry its not complete
