It's happening because it's something accessible to Indian youth (and adults, I suppose) - given the beatdown couples get in public for even kissing, it's not hard to understand why internet sex chatting happens. There's nothing you can or should do, as it's other people's business and doesn't affect or hurt anyone else.

It happens to me each and every of the time. at times they even furnish a bottle of high quality wine, like Mad dogs 20/20. It gets so undesirable that at cases i will't go away the refrigerator carton I call abode.

Why would you want to stop it? Their society is very strict in regards to PDA, sexual liberties and such. Sex chat is a harmless way to "release your tension." Get yourself a dildo, then you'll understand.
