wear really dark pants if you have them, so if it does leak, it won't show that much. wear pads, change them regularly, and tell your grandma if you need anything. i'm sure she'll help you, she probably been through it all. and if you're really worried about it leaking, wear two pairs of underwear and maxi-pads. i don't think it will leak that much though. and try to rest, you'll feel better. good luck!!!

By stuff, do you mean you have plenty of pads or tampons, or do you need more? I'm sure your grandma will not be mad if you tell her you need to go to the store. I mean, think about it, she's been through it, so was your mom! It's not horrible. If you haven't told your parents, just say it's your first one. Grandma will probably tell your parents and you can go from there. Remember, moms expect to hear that one of those days.

Anyway, change them as often as you can, and don't be embarrassed to ask grandma.

That's a sucky feeling.

If you feel you will leak, wear a combo of: one tampon and one pad OR if you don't do tampons, wear two pads.

You will be fine. Let your nana know, so she can spoil you. I spoil my daughter when she gets hers. Ask for two ibuprofins and relax. Maybe you can cuddle up with your nana and have some tea, popcorn, and watch a good movie.

I hate that TOM.
