Rasha sounds more like a pets name.
Rarah sounds like you are roaring.

Kirarah is the better of the 3 but I like Kiarah better - the first R taken out.

What about Riarah? Or Riasha?

Out of those 3 I would say Rasha but I don't really like any of them to be honest with you!

I have to say i don't really like any of them. I tried to find meanings and found one for Rasha which is Young Gazelle, which is okay I guess. Couldn't find anything for Rarah nor Kirarah (though Kirara is a manga/anime character, and apparently the name roughly translates as 'Cloud Mother').

The reason I don't like them though, is they are all very very very open to teasing from other kids. Rasha sounds like Rash bascially, and a rash isn't a nice thing! And other kids will pick up on things like that. Rarah seems like it would be pronounced Ra-Ra and I would think that's pretty open to teasing, but maybe that's just me. Same with Ki-Ra-Ra!

How about some similar names:

Sarah/Sara (which mean Princess)
Kiara (means Small and Dark, not so keen on that meaning, but it's similar to the name you like.)
Rachel (which means Ewe, so don't really like this meaning either but it's a nice name).

im sorry but i don't really like any of them. other than rasha, they sound a bit like you made them up. i think you should decide by their meaning. a persons name says a lot about them, and so i would suggest the name have a meaning you respect. if you just made it up because it sounds good to you, i would rethink it.
