constantly listen to the rap dudes..eminem/50 cent etc?? I hear it every day of every week and most of it drives me up the wall!! ha ha!ggggggg-unit!

As I recall all parents have been going through this since kids have been listening to music. Before the radio and all the other music devices, they've been pushing the envelope.
It may drive you crazy but they're discovering themselves and they usually do some of that self-discovery through music. Remember a love song that had the lyrics that you paid attention to? It made you think about the words and how you feel too?
While some of the music seems dark and violent, if they are raised appropriately it shouldn't matter. Make sure there's better choices available and make sure they don't force it on you. If they're playing it to where it's really bothering you then hand them the headphones and tell em, 'use them!' Or start playing Manilow! That should get them to be more considerate.

no but i am a teenager and find your question ridiculous i dont like eminem or 50 cent either but you dont see me asking these kinds of questions its offensive to the people who do listen to it and plain out disrespectful keep that kind of stuff to yourself

Eug! I hate rap. I hate the lyrics and the beats and everything about it. It is always so depressing and the lyrics are usually perverted. That's just my opinion though, LOL.

I'm 13, and I'd rather listen to jazz or classic rock then that ****. I feel sorry for those who do.

ya my kids love it if u hate it make them listen to it on a cd player or ipod or mp3 thats wat i made mine do
