Yes there will always be sperm in ejactulation, theres always the old "pull and pray" lol!!!! But a woman a can become pregnat even if the ejactulation does not happen inside of the vagina, and it just happens around her vagina lips or something, because spem can smell and that is close enoujh for those little suckers to smell there way all up in the pu-nani,lol!!!
