I hugged my Boyfriend's cousin when we where out last night and my boyfriend got mad and now wants to break up. I explained to him that is was just a hug like just saying hi, but he never listens to what i have to say. Was it wrong for me to hug his cousin, and how do i make up for it. I love him so much and I telll him all the time. It just seems like he doesnt care. Help please

He's upset over a hug?
He has major jealousy problems.
You need to talk to him about this, because it will end up hurting the relationship.
If he gets upset over you just hugging his cousin, what else will he flip out about?
Tell him that you don't want to hurt him in any way & you were just hugging him.
You guys need to go see a counciler or something together, because this will just get worse with time.
If he refuses to see the counciler, then tell him that it will help the relationship.
He's extremely jealous & if you're not careful, it will end up ruining the relationship.

OK, something that grab my attention is when you said that he never listens to what you have to say, so it seems that no matter how or how many times do you try to explain it to him he won`t listen. And if it seems that he doesn`t care is probably because he does`t care.
Sorry but jealousy is not a form of showing you care, is just a ego problem.

Your boyfriend needs to get over his insecurities. It's perfectly fine to hug another person, as long as it isn't a lingering hug or too affectionate. He apparently isn't sercure in your relationship and doesn't trust you. Otherwise he wouldn't have a problem with you hugging his cousin.

Thats not wrong at all! Its simply a greeting of hello. If your bf doesnt like THAT he is making a huge deal out of nothing. Talk to him. Maybe set up a nice dinner for two and show him how much you really love him. If he's worth it. <3

maybe he is just looking for an alibi to break-up with you and last night was the one that he is been waiting for,well if yuo have a boyfriend like that so narrowminded then start thinking about moving on whats the use of staying with a boyfriend that is so untrusting to you, your just wasting your time,move on there are guys out there that deserves you more and respect you more
