If you need to ask other people if you are ready, I have to be honest and say that I don't think you are. It isn't just the physical healing that needs to take place but the emotional as well. I really recommend getting counseling. Loosing a baby before they even have a chance to be born can be very traumatizing and getting pregnant before you are really ready can have some negative affects on you and the new child.
Please get advice from somebody who is qualified to help you in this situation and good luck!

I'm very sorry for your loss.
You will know when the time is right for you. My husband and I had a stillborn son.......and we played this game where I was ready he wasn't, then he was ready I wasn't. Finally we both got on the same page. We had a baby 16 months after our stillborn son.
Good luck!!!

First I want to say how sorry I am for your loss. I've never had any children, but I can't imagine how tough that must be to carry your child, then find out it's dead. anyway, to answer your question, I think if you feel you're ready to try again, then I say go for it. good luck, and I hope you have a beautiful healthy little baby. :-)

So sorry about your loss. Give yourself time to grieve the loss of this child. Be good to yourself. When you are ready you will know it. Best to talk with your doctor about when would be a good time for you, they should have the correct answer for you.
I found this forum/chat-board where women were talking about getting pregnant after the loss of a child. You might find it interesting.
Best of luck to you.

As long as you feel ready for another pregnancy and delivery, as well as another baby, I'd say go for it. Otherwise, take your time, a baby is forever.

I would say it's worth a shot. However from my own personal experience.... They may make you have another c-section just to be safe. I had a c-section and about a year later they said I had to have another one with my second child. I definately say TRY AGAIN!! But make sure your doc thinks it's safe to deliver vaginally!
GOOD LUCK!!! MANY BLESSINGS!!!!

Do you feel emotionally ready? I really can't say anything because this has never happened to me. I am so sorry!
