Its a name of a movie. In the movie there is a horse named flicka that a gurl finds and trains to keep as her own. Tim McGraw plays the dad of the girl that trains the horse.

"Flicka" is Swedish for a little girl. If you read the actual book "My Friend Flicka" you'll find Gus, the Swedish ranch hand, telling the young boy what it means. And yes, in the book and the ORIGINAL movie - I DETEST remakes - the main character is a young boy.
