I got some information 'bout it that it can be done only when you have a large amount of energy? Please tell me a mechanism through which we can convert energy into matter or antimatter.

There are conservation laws about matter so you can only create particles in pairs of matter and antimatter( electron, positron) which can be done in high energy collisions. However the binding energy of atomic nuclear can be release in fusion and fission reactions E=mc^2 and the matter recreated with fission and fusion m=E/c^2. That is they are reversible reactions. For example
H(2) + H(3)→ He(4) + n +E can go in the reverse direction also.

That's pretty much E= MC2^
Energy= Matter* The Speed of Light 2^
