As a teenager my longest steady relationship was 9 months but I had a on again off again relationship also that lasted 6 years. I say it depends on the person and how much you like them. Many teen relationships are short unless you get serious about the person you talk to.

I was in a relationship for 14 months from when I was 15-17. However, although we said we would be together forever, blah, blah, blah, we both cheated on each other all the time and lied about it, and in the end we were really just in it because we lost our virginity to each other and it made us feel comfortable.
My longest relationship overall is the one I am in now (17 months and really going strong!)

2 years we were together for about a year then we became on and off and then together again. It really depends on who you are at this age. The guy was a jerk
