No, there is not. An integer is "a member of the set of positive whole numbers {1, 2, 3, . . . }, negative whole numbers {-1, -2, -3, . . . }, and zero {0}."

The only numbers between 2 and 3 are decimal numbers like 2.234, which are not whole.

Yes. There is an integer between 2 and 3. It goes by the name of "Mr. Pi" and most nights it can be found sleeping in a cardboard box on Complex Conjugate Way.
