SAT scores get you into an undergraduate college. You take the LSATs to get into a law school.
165 (out of a possible 180) will likely get you into one of the top 20 law schools in the country, but a score of 155-160 should get you into a decent one.

I think you mean LSAT score. I'd suggest you look at the schools you're interested in - most will tell you the average score of the entering class. That should give you an idea of where you need to be.
