If you're truly bored on your job, it's time to take some classes and work towards a promotion or a new job. Don't just take the same job with a different company or you'll be bored again after your first paycheck.

I teach English to adult learners in a large company, so I consider it a great compliment when they tell me that they love my classes and feel comfortable there... it's just little things, smiling, small-talk before the lessons, occasional small gifts (last one was lollypops). it's the people that make me more comfortable. not the things.
