I thought the world was coming to an end when we elected Reagan...a movie star married to another movie star!!! What ridiculous power people will give to "the famous". But he was cute in a "little kid" type of way. Kennedy did have a lot of charisma but maybe only in hindsight coz he was assassinated.
Now Clinton...he really made people feel like he "cared" about them (some a little TOO much, lol) and he was so homely he was cute. So I'd give it to #1 Clinton 2# Reagan #3 Kennedy

I think Kennedy followed by Clinton are the top ones, not to say that Reagan didnt have charisma, but his was a different kind of charisma.

Reagan was king of world wide charisma, mostly women of the early nineteen sixties loved Kennedy and his wife mostly for their new young modern looks, they never understood his misguided agendas and policies, Clinton was only so so and is mostly appealed to by big fat ugly leftist bull dykes like his wife and Monica. Reagan could even sweep the Soviet leader off his feet...and I think that at least 95% of America still loves Reagan as one of the very best in history.... we need another Ronald Reagan today...definitely Reagan he was the President of the century.

Toss up between Reagan and Kennedy. Charisma only means people like them and has nothing to do if they were good presidents or not. Although they were of different parties, they both had charisma. Reagan, however, was by far a better president.

Clinton, with Kennedy a close second. Reagan wasn't bad either.

Usually, it depends on whom you liked best. They all had quite a bit of it but the order I'd list 'em in is: Clinton, Kennedy, Reagan.
Personally, my feeling is that Clinton and Kennedy were a remarkable pair of bums and neither was qualified to even think of carrying Reagan's jockstrap.
Historians are finally getting to work on the reality of Kennedy's presidency and, of course, anybody breathing has had more than enough time to assimilate Clinton's lying, abuse of women, and appointment of more indicted cabinet members than any other president in our nation's history. Reagan looks like a saint compared to those two.
Sorry, I guess I just had to get it off my chest.
