If you want a more muscular build to yourself then I'd go with weight lifting or if you want to tone your body down a bit then I'd say aerobic exercises would be your better option.

For both options you have a lot of possibilities for carrying out your workout. In both cases you can probably sign up at a local gym and start a program with them and you can also do aerobic workouts at home if you don't have time to commute to the gym. In either case there're a lot of options for you, just get a clearer idea of how you want your body to look and make judgments from that.

Both will shape your body, but I think aerobics would be better.

there's something out called Yoga Booty Ballet that looks great.... it's a combination of different things made especially to give shape.
Me, I just do my Tony Little Gazelle...... good enough for me, only thing I can actually stick with.
