I am 30 weeks pregnant now, with my first. I am EXCITED to give birth! I know it is painful, I know it is agonizing, I know I am going to want to hurt someone, but I am still just thrilled about it!

During my whole pregnancy I watched those shows on TLC and the Discovery Channel about birth. They make it look so hard and painful.
I started having contractions at 4:30am. At 9am we finally went to the hospital. My labor started at 3:15pm and I was holding my precious at 3:56pm that day.
The whole time my boyfriend, friends, and family were there. I didn't even realize I was about if give birth!
The breathing exercises did crap for me. I just talked to my boyfriend and mother and it was a whiz. The doctor came in, cut me a little, and with three good pushes he was out. I was joking with everyone the minute they started cleaning everything up.
I just wished it was video recorded, every minute of it!

I think that if you get to a point when your pregnancy is getting unbearably uncomfortable, you just can't wait to give birth.
Even though you know exactly what's coming..!
I felt like that with my last baby, and I feel like I lost control in labour and got so terrified of the pain that I couldn't 'help' myself or 'think' my way through it.
Saying that, I'd have another baby tomorrow if I could!!

i comprehend the way you experience. I had my entire exertions and delivery planned out, i wanted a organic childbirth without medicine... blah blah blah. Then my daughter desperate to tutor over and my physician instructed me that I had to have a c area with a breech toddler. i become incredibly disenchanted, I even scheduled a version that's the place they attempt to manually turn the toddler over... that did no longer artwork. After having the c area i found out that I would not have freaked out lots. each and everything went incredibly easily. The restoration wasn't that undesirable. i become up and strolling day after in the present day, living house 2 days later. interior 5 days of have the surgical operation i become out and approximately finding out to purchase. It become a sprint confusing stepping into and off the mattress for some weeks and bending over yet i could extremely shelter my toddler, alongside with breastfeeding her. the main element that I enjoyed become that the day I had my toddler i become properly rested and totally waiting to appreciate my daughter. of direction, my abdomen become sore yet something of my physique become positive. once I make certain to have yet another toddler i'll time table the c-area devoid of hesitation. on the different hand, my sister-in-regulation had to have an emergency c-area after 5 hours of exertions and her restoration took lots longer than mine. She wasn't even waiting to hold her toddler until eventually the subsequent afternoon. i think of her physique in basic terms had a confusing time having to handle exertions and then the surgical operation. So, if there's a extreme threat which you will could have an emergency c-area i might take the scheduled one. i comprehend there are some horror memories accessible and it is your selection yet that's my adventure.

I have had 4 and loved it every time - the pain was forgotten as soon as I had them, I had very quick labours 4hrs, 59 mins, 24 mins and 27 mins - I dont know if I would have loved being in labour for 12hrs+ though.

Yes, but more because of how hard it is to be pregnant for me. I get morning sickness really bad, so by month 8, I'm really looking forward to it.

I guess we all kinda overlook the pain because we are so anxious to see our little bundle of joy. Plus, I couldnt wait because I was so uncomfortable all the time.
