Hot temp usually low pressure, less available oxygen,in warm air,plus more energy spent trying to keep cool vs warm

maybe you're dehidrated. do you drink enough water? heat makes you sweat, and to sweat you need water in your body. if you don't have that, you can get really tired, which can sometimes lead to heat stroke. be careful!
