You stay up until 2 a.m. then wake up at 11 a.m.
I'm gion to visit Florida soon, family, and there time is 3 hours ahead of ours. So there for not only I sleep until 12 noon, but possibly 2 p.m. That's bad. I've tried waking up taking kids to scool getting back and taking a shower, that works, but then my mom helps out some also.

I'm currently schooless getting my ged for homeschooling the end of this month. Getting a job in shipping/receiving at an airport, for some helicopter maintance. They don't start work until 9.

Any suggestions?

Set an alarm clock and place it across the room, so you have to get OUT of the bed to go turn it off. Make appointments early in the morning so that you have somewhere to go, other than back to bed. Early to bed, early to rise. Discipline, man. Welcome to the real world.

Try starting your bedtime routine earlier and go to bed a little earlier each night. Do not have a TV in your bedroom and do not study in there. You did not say on the 9 if it was AM or PM if you work at night you will have an altered sleep schedule. Look up something called sleep hygeine on the web it might help you.

force yourself to go to sleep at like 9 :00PM and set an alarm clock for 7:00 am that will be exactly 10 hours of sleep two more than the recomened 8 and it will keep you rested and on a good sleeping habit. Good Luck! CHaCha ♥

start undwinding your day around 9 pm or so. lower the lights in your room, take a hot bath, just relax. Set your alarm to get up early each day and stay up. no going back to bed. Just fight through being tired, cuz if you do that you will be more tired by the end of the day.
