Don't believe the bible stuff. It was written by a bunch of old men trying to gain power. Otherwise it depends on how you want to look at it. Humans could pretty easily end ALL life on Earth pretty much thanks to nuclear technology. There would most likely be some animals that survive seeing as that not ALL (but most) animals needs photosynthesis since the food chain starts at the bottom with plants. No more Sun=No more plants=No more animals. There are a few species that live at the bottom of the ocean that survive using chemosynthesis, but most likely they would never be able to evolve enough to make it back to the surface of the planet. Otherwise if humans survuve long enough we'll probably be hit with another asteroid that will destroy much of the planet. Hopefully our technology will be advanced enough that we can avoid that.

No one knows when exactly it is going to happen. But we know it is soon, because the Bible shows us we are living in the last days.
Matthew 24:7-14 says: While he was sitting upon the Mount of Olives, the disciples approached him privately, saying: “Tell us, When will these things be, and what will be the sign of your presence and of the conclusion of the system of things?”
And in answer Jesus said to them: “Look out that nobody misleads YOU; for many will come on the basis of my name, saying, ‘I am the Christ,’ and will mislead many. You are going to hear of wars and reports of wars; see that YOU are not terrified. For these things must take place, but the end is not yet. “For nation will rise against nation and kingdom against kingdom, and there will be food shortages and earthquakes in one place after another. All these things are a beginning of pangs of distress.
“Then people will deliver YOU up to tribulation and will kill YOU, and YOU will be objects of hatred by all the nations on account of my name. hen, also, many will be stumbled and will betray
one another and will hate one another. And many false prophets will arise and mislead many; and because of the increasing of lawlessness the love of the greater number will cool off. ut he that has endured to the end is the one that will be saved. And this good news of the kingdom will be preached in all the inhabited earth for a witness to all the nations; and then the end will come.

Aside from collisions fro asteroids, the Earth's death will occur when the sun expends most of its fuel. Its gravitational pull holding is together weakens and it becomes a red giant. The suns diameter will expend to the orbits between Earth and Mars. This will incinerate the Earth.
Take Heart, this won't occur for at least 10 billion years!

Either in the year 666666 or any day!!! because neucluar war might set off the supervolcano in america, blackening out the sky and causing huge earthquakes, tsunamis and storms, also causing all the volcanoes in the world to erupt, and the sea to rise by 22ft and we will all drown.....how very exciting :D
