The Apple is part of the Mets franchise, not just of Shea Stadium. I'd be shocked if it didn't show-up in Citi Park.

I have been going to shea for years. It is said to see it go because we had so many memories there, mostly losing seasons. But they need to bring the apple b/c Beltran and wright will hit many homeruns and the apple always seems to pump up the crowd. LETS GO METS!!!

That Apple is a part of Mets Tradition. They should definitely bring it. But they should add something cool and more theatrical to it.

I haven't heard, but if they did, it would add a nice touch to its new surroundings.
