golgi apparatus create golgi vesicles. Golgo vesicles are what transport substances by either endocytosis, exocytosis or pinocytosis. The vesicle itself is a single membrane structures organelle. It is a phospholipid bilayer which means it can bind with the plasma membrane during exocytosis. A vesicle can be formed in reverse when the plasma membrane infolds, detaches and forms a vesicle. The substances, such as minerals (endocytosis) or waste (exocytosis/pinocytosis) are transported inside the vesicle. It is like packaging.
